Wheatgrass

I’d like to share my personal experience with a super food which I have used. It’s none other than wheat grass. As we all know wheat grass is the young grass of the common wheat plant.
I have been taking wheatgrass for the last 2 years. Two years ago I had severe health and beauty problems. Two of my major problems in were hair fall and irregular periods.
At that time my food technology teacher advised me to take wheat grass juice. I found it difficult to start because I didn’t like its taste. But after taking it for 3 months I found that my hair fall rate decreased, and after 6 months my periods became regular. Also it improved my immunity power. It also helps to prevent constipation.
I take wheatgrass twice a day mostly at morning and at night. It’s good to take it in morning on an empty stomach. The real wheat grass juice did not taste well, so I made a recipe to make it taste it better.
My wheatgrass recipe is as follows; Ingredients: 2 cups wheat grass juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons sugar. Method: Mix all the ingredients well. Pour it into a glass and add 2 ice cubes. Then it tastes yummy. For diabetes patients omit sugar and honey from the recipe. Most of my friends are taking wheat grass juice. I think it is the best super food which is also easily available. Thank you.
