High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 30

I look forward to positive change.

After yesterday’s wake-up call, today’s affirmation seems perfectly apt.

I woke up calm after a good night’s sleep. I’ve been particularly over-tired for the last few days which would certainly have been a factor in my emotional turmoil. Today I felt fine.

Reflecting on the weekend has led me to think my life may have expanded too much too fast over the last year. My tendency is to try and control everything, so I have two choices. Let some stuff go, or let go of some stuff... I think a little of both would be healthy.

Eating high raw for a month has given me the boost I needed to get into the habit of eating a lot more raw food again. I’ve decided on a sustainable eating plan which will continue my habit of eating a lot of raw food. I enjoy breakfasts of green smoothies and fruit, so that part is easy. I also enjoy eating a massive vegetable salad every day, so lunch or dinner will be a veggie salad. The other meal will be whatever I feel like, preferably vegetarian. Snacks will also be raw for the most part, grabbing fruit and nuts is simple and gives me the energy I need throughout the day.

My high raw food diet challenge has been successful in establishing an excellent healthy eating habit.
