High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 27

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

I am open to Nature’s healing power.

I powered through today. I feel like I’ve just lived three days in one! About 6p.m. I needed to sit down for 5 minutes but apart from that it was go, go, go... hooray for raw food energy!

Eating raw food definitely seems to have a cumulative effect. I eat a bit better, I feel a bit better... so then I eat that little bit more healthier, and feel healthier again... then before I know it I’m eating really well (most of the time) and feeling great!

I’m looking forward to a whole weekend of training. I have to get up early to travel to the dojo, so my green smoothies and fruit are packed and ready to go... you won’t hear back from me until Sunday night because I’m away from my computer, but I’m hoping my training will be fuelled on fruit again!

Day 27 High Raw Food Diet Menu

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with nutella. Coffee with soy milk.

Morning tea: 1 banana, 1 apple.

Lunch: Green smoothie (silverbeet, parsley, mango, papaya and banana).

Afternoon tea: 1 pear. Watermelon. 3 mango pips.

Dinner: Huge vegetable salad with flame lettuce, tomato, red capsicum, Spanish onion, avocado, zucchini and pine nuts. Dressing of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and wholegrain mustard. Wholemeal toast with raw peanut butter. Chamomile tea.

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
