More Growing Raw

Newsletter September 2011

Dear Friends of Growing Raw,

Southern Spring always seems to bring several new projects to the bubble. I'll be able to share those with you soon, but in the meantime I am asking you to help me help you by completing my 60 second healthy eating survey. It's been up on Growing Raw since the beginning of the month, but I'll be taking it down by the end of the week.

The Growing Raw healthy eating survey will tell me what you most need me to research and write about. I'll post the survey results in next month's newsletter.

With Spring comes my annual transition back to raw. I love it once I get there, but I've had few struggles over the last couple of seasons. I've worked out a series of strategies that help me achieve my raw goals faster and more easily, and in this article I share my top 10 tips.

There'll be more on this from me next month as I journey further back into raw. For the record, I already feel like I have double the energy. And I am the lone survivor of Winter's final fluey farewell at our place!

Add your own back to raw tips and stories if you have some to share.

Until next month, wishing you all the best in health,

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
