High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 29

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

I am healthy and strong.

Well, where do I start about today. Talk about crash! I’m not even sure what happened.

Today started off with a powerful yoga session that completely unplugged me. Immediately after the session I felt a rush of emotion that overwhelmed me so much that I ended up in tears. Luckily I was surrounded by loving friends so I could be completely comfortable about losing it! What it was about, I still haven’t worked out, but I’m grateful to Fiona (who led the yoga session) for enabling me to release it. There is definitely a great lump of “stuff” sitting right inside my centre that I have to deal with.

For the rest of the day my affective level was so high that I couldn’t have a slightly emotive conversation with anyone without getting teary all over again. The pats and hugs flowed as readily as my tears, so I was feeling quite safe. By the way, I wasn’t the only one affected – just perhaps the most visibly affected, my eyes go so red when I’m teary!

The aikido training was still super. It was a very opening, flowing, gathering, sharing style of aikido, which I’m sure contributed to the overall effect of emotional release. I had plenty of physical energy for the training, which was also playful and fun.

When I say my attitude was only 4 out of 10 I don’t really mean that I had a poor attitude, just that I didn’t have a grip on my emotions and I was a bit all over the place. It’s interesting to note that once I’d calmed down a little this morning I immediately wanted to eat non-raw food – reaching for a little food coma to slow everything down....

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
