High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 25

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

I give my body the freshest, rawest, juiciest ingredients.

My current eating habits are starting to feel comfortable. It’s become my preference to eat green smoothies and fruit for breakfast, crackers and raw spreads for lunch and a huge vegetable salad for dinner. When I want a snack I eat nuts, fruit or avocado.

There’s still plenty of variety in there because I mix up the ingredients. People often think that eating raw will be boring, but it’s the opposite. For a start, you are constantly experimenting with different combinations and recipes. Also, your tastebuds seem to become purified and you’re awakened to the taste sensations of different fruits and vegetables.

Day 25 High Raw Food Diet Menu

Breakfast: Green smoothie (rainbow silverbeet, rockmelon and banana). 1 ½ apples. Coffee with soy milk

Morning tea: 1 banana.

Lunch: Vegetable salad with carrot, tomato, zucchini, white Spanish onion and flame lettuce. Dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and wholegrain mustard.

Afternoon tea: 2 spirulina crackers with raw peanut butter. 3 spirulina crackers with marjoram and walnut spread.

Dinner: 2 pears, 1 peach, 1 orange. 1 avocado with spicy sauce. Chamomile tea.

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
