High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 19

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

Day 19

I am centred and connected.

Fuelled totally on fruit! Who’d have thought it was possible?

Today was a heavy training day, as well as being quite warm. I ate green smoothie and fruit for breakfast as usual, and ate bananas, apples and oranges in each training break. By accident rather than design I skipped the vegetable salad I’d packed for lunch and finished off most of my fruit. By the end of five hours training I didn’t feel tired at all! Ok, maybe a little bit puffed....

My energy level was consistently high through the day and I loved the training. I was completely focused and absorbing every moment. I was amazed that I not only maintained my physical effort for five hours, but I also maintained my concentration.

By 6 p.m. I’d eaten about 1 ½ litres of green smoothie, 1 orange, 3 bananas, 3 apples and a slice of watermelon. I can’t believe I trained so hard just on fruit and water, and still felt energised when I’d finished!

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
