High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 17

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

I am on the path to reaching amazing goals.

When you slip up, keep it in perspective. For a start, by your new healthy eating standards, it probably seems worse than it is. A glass of wine? A helping of dessert? Not on your plan, sure, but remember that you made healthy food choices for the rest of the day. You’ll continue to make healthy food choices tomorrow...

Slip-ups also remind you that poor food choices don’t feel that great after all, especially in comparison to your new healthy diet. That makes it easier to resume your healthy eating plans. Don’t delay, pick up your health challenge straight away. Telling yourself that you’ve already slipped up so you might as well give up is only defeating yourself. Keep going. Then your slip-up won’t matter.

I could be self-soothing because I had a glass of wine today... but I know I won’t tomorrow, so that’s ok.

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
