High Raw Food Diet Challenge - Day 11

by Trina
(Growing Raw Health)

I nourish my youthful spirit.

I thought today would be a hard day to eat high raw, but good planning made it easy.

I was travelling by plane (with my kids) most of the morning, and I knew the food on offer would be sweetened, processed and definitely not organic. To ensure I wouldn’t get hungry early I ate a huge breakfast of green smoothies and fruit. I had a banana and apple to share with the kids on the plane. I packed a large vegetable salad and whole avocado in a tight container in my luggage, so I could eat something raw as soon as I arrived at my destination - Nana’s house. My Nana had also catered for us with two huge platters of vegetables and fruit. She reads the internet – pretty cool Nana!

I’ve stocked up on a huge bag of organic fruit and vegetables from the shop around the corner. No wonder we grow as much of our own as we can, that stuff ain’t cheap! It cost $60 for one green-bag full.

These affirmations work like gold! Today was a really funny day with the kids. We had an adventure together.

My selection of herbs and spices were delivered quickly and were of the best quality I have seen. Great service, fantastic products. Fresh organic herbs from a supplier I trust. - Susan S.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.... they treated me in an exemplary manner when I first ordered from them. I got exactly the product I needed/ordered/expected vis-a-vis the sprouting wheatgrass seeds. I would certainly order from them again for anything that specific. - geo442
