I'm starting Veg Up on New Year's Day also. A strong reason not to pig out at Christmas has given me $10 value already. Lucky I looked at the preparation days early, my Christmas present to myself is a decent blender. I'm all printed out and ready to go so I feel like I'm well-prepared. It's good to have something to aim for after Christmas. It's not making me pig out during all the Christmas parties. Knowing I'm already committed to a healthy eating plan is making me be a bit more careful and think ahead.
